I have Booked a car with this company. And for some reasons, I've made a mistake with my email address so I didn't received the booking confirmation.
So, I have contacted the customer service and Sadok helped me with lot of patience to find out the solution.
Now I am waiting for my experience with the car. But my first impression is really good with the service .

I haven’t yet picked up my car, but I had a question that was worrying me before arriving, i asked and within 5 minutes I had a reply from Lukas. Very helpful and made me be calm about my reservation. Great service!
Excellent service. We bought the fully comprehensive insurance and had our car damaged when parked in the street. The claim is very straightforward and a full refund was paid in 9 days including the week end
